Plano Balloon Festival 2024 Tickets. Tickets are available through the plano. Plano (kdaf) — the plano balloon festival is back, featuring 30 hot air balloons, sky divers, live music, and a fun zone.

General admission tickets, which provide access to the concert, are $10 per person, $5 for children age 12 and under and seniors age 65 and up. Opening night is thursday 9/19.
